I ordered a SMALL & got a MEDIUM, I contacted the seller for this Issue, They said these are made to order products & apologized for the mistake.
It costed me 80$ to return back the product to India to fix it. So, they even gave me a 100$ refund. I took this to a tailors place my side & got it fixed for 80$. I now have two jackets & gifted one to my sister. Absolutely loved the customer service by them, the quality is amazing and it is real leather. I ordered this fire jacket from hidesandcult & was hesitant at first, it took 15-20 days to come to my place. The fire work is absolutely amazing, everything is hand stitched and it is genuine leather, the metallic foil is shiny exactly as pictured, the fuchsia & silver combination goes really well with the pink. The jacket is really loved by everyone in my girl gang, had to start saving for more purchases from this shop. Great quality and fit. Inside soft flower lining feels like silk. Would highly recommend.
