We are pleased to offer personalized embossing and engraving services for most of our exquisite leather accessories. Upon placing your order, expect a prompt email containing a visual representation of the engraving tailored to your selected product. This ensures that the customization aligns perfectly with your expectations before we commence the personalization process.

SHIPPING DAYS - Goods are usually shipped out in 5-7 working days since all goods are handmade to order.

Since we work with the same no. of artisans across the year, even during sales and season time hence you can expect 5-7 working days to craft the product.

You can expect another 2-7 days for delivery post dispatch depending on your Postal Code accessibility.

URGENT ORDERS - We do cater to urgent orders. In case you need your order to be delivered asap kindly reach out to us by clicking the "Contact Us" chat button and we will help you out with your order.

Please be informed, we expect our customer to inform about the urgent/express shipping orders before placing the order.

EXCHANGE/ REFUND - Please do not opt for customisation, personalisation or discount codes/ ongoing offers to be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

SIZE EXCHANGE (IN FOOTWEAR) - We offer size exchange on all our footwear discounted or not. The only two exceptions when we do not offer size exchange are-

1. Customised /personalised pair.

2. Boots taller than 7" in height. Like Hunter boots, Engineers, and Cowboy.
